The vegetables are growing. Though it will be a while till we are able to enjoy our summer favorites like tomatoes, melons, peppers and eggplant, we have a lot of things almost ready for our watering tastebuds.
SPINACH...GREENS...LETTUCE
Also ready to be shared are our greens. This year will have Melody Spinach, Tango, Royal Oakleaf, Cimmaron, Arugula, Red Russian Kale, Northern Lights Swiss Chard to name a few.
Race the rabbits to get some greens!
We are in love with eggplant. We are growing a dozen different varieties from Japanese Ichiban to Italian Rosa Bianca.
So sweet and tender you don't even need to peel the skin.
We are growing more Sweet Tangerine Tomatoes. A favorite at the Historic Lewes Tomato Festival. They are as delicious as they are beautiful.
Lower acidity means you can eat even more!
